Role & Responsibilities
l Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability.
l Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff.
l Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
l Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
l Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
l Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.
l Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
l Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)
Experience
3 to 4 Years
Customer Focus, Tracking Budget Expenses, Pricing, Vendor Relationships, Market Knowledge, Staffing, Results Driven, Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency, Client Relationships.
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor Preferable Masters
