Role & Responsibilities |
l Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives & systems. l Provide counseling on policies and procedures. l Ensuring the Probation cycle is initiated within the due time frame. l Compiling and presenting information as per the Instructions of the Line Manager. l Cope up with employee recognition program monthly in coordination with respective line managers for feedback and nominations. l Organize employee engagement activities as per the Instructions of the Line Manager. l Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues. Maintain employee attendance & leave management as per company policy. l Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff. l Any other relevant tasks as per the Instructions of the Line Manager.

Qualification |
BBA/MBA-HRM is Preferred by a recognized university.
