Role & Responsibilities
l Oversee all HR operations and support Cargo & logistics business.
l Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
l Handle EOBI/PESSI, conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
l Manage employees' daily attendance through Mobile Application/Web Attendance portal/Attendance Machine.
l Ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives in line with the division's goals.
Experience
Minimum 2 to 3 Years of Relevant Experience.
Skills and Competencies:
ü Expertise in MS Office.
ü Excellent Analytical Skills.
ü Good communication (verbal & written) skills.
Qualification
BBA/MBA with Specialization in HRM.
