Role & Responsibilities |
l Perform maintenance activities of plant equipment as per preventive maintenance procedures. l Troubleshoot/Repair control devices such as switches, proximity sensors, push-buttons, contactors, motor starters, transmitters, etc. as needed. l Know how to use test equipment like control and tuning modules, PC-based software analyzer programs, data analyzers, logic test equipment, analog, and digital multi-meters, IR Testing, and other test equipment, while performing tests to identify problems and maintain and calibrate equipment to performance standards. l Install and modify plant instruments and control equipment as directed by the I&C Engineer. l Understand minor programming of various cement plant control systems, frequency drives, and other electrical equipment. l Participate in plant safety, health, and environmental programs and observe safety by government and company standards.

Experience |
8 years of Relevant Experience
ü Trade Test with Relevant Work Experience in the Cement Industry.
|
Qualification |
Ordinary National Diploma of its Equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Discipline.
Skills: ü Good knowledge of phase testers, multimeters, meggers, and other testing equipment. ü Good Hands in PLC control wiring and instrument loop testing. ü Good working knowledge of Ventomatic Packer and Haver & Broker Packers machines will be an advantage. ü Motors power termination and control circuits working and troubleshooting skills. ü Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings. ü Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
