Role & Responsibilities
l Record rates and freights in the system in accordance to the Policy.
l Calculation & impact of changes in rates and freights.
l Monitoring of controls relevant to the sales reporting the standard operating procedures and report any non-compliance to the Head of the department.
l Changes to the standard operating procedures to align with the changes in management policy.
l Record keeping of incentives offered and qualification against pre-defined criteria.
l Generating purchase requisition requests in the system according to the requirement.
l Allocation of bills in the relevant expense category.
l Report variances against the budget to management daily.
Experience
5-8 Years of Relevant Experience in Planning & Reporting.
Qualification
ACCA/CIMA
