Role & Responsibilities

 

Assist the Manager in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.

Supervise administrative staff and coordinate their activities to ensure efficient workflow.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a productive work environment.

Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for administrative operations.

Handle correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping for the department.

Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with HR policies.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.

 

Experience

Minimum 2-3 Years Experience in a Similar Role.

 

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Management or Relevant Field.
