Role & Responsibilities

l Design, develop, and implement community service programs that align with the university's goals & address community needs.

l Identify and establish partnerships with local schools, nonprofits, and other organizations to create di-verse and impactful service opportunities.

l Collaborate with course instructors teaching the community services course, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources to execute successful initiatives.

l Provide information, guidance, and resources to students registered in the community service course or interested in community service initiatives.

l Serve as the primary point of contact between the university and community partners.

l Conduct site visits and evaluations to monitor project progress and impact, as needed.

l Develop and maintain a system for tracking student involvement and recognizing outstanding contributions. 

 

Experience

Minimum O1 Year of Relevant Experience (Coordination/Community Service etc.), Preferably in a University

 

ü Strong organizational and project management skills.

ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ü Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

ü Understanding of community development principles and social issues.

 

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree (Up to 16 Years) in Any Field (Those with a Degree in a Related Field e.g., Social work, Community Development May Be Given Preference).
