Role & Responsibilities |
This position requires an individual who embraces the responsibility of handling inbound/outbound calls and managing and resolving customer queries/complaints promptly. The call center officer will assist customers regarding investment solutions and should be flexible enough to work through shifts (24/7).

Experience |
0 to 2 Years Preferably Financial/Mutual Funds Industry
ü Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills. ü Excellent customer service/ negotiation & problem-solving skills. ü Ability to handle pressure. ü Proficiency in MS Office. ü Ability to learn about products & services. ü Familiar with CRM systems & practices.

Qualification |
Minimum Bachelor's, Preferably Master's in any Discipline / IFMP Certification is Preferable from a recognized University.
