Role & Responsibilities |
l Analyze business operations and systems to identify software applications that could improve efficiency and provide technical support for deployment. l Liaise between vendors and company stakeholders to ensure smooth software implementation and integration. l Monitor the roll-out of new software, troubleshoot issues, and create protocols for usage. l Train employees on new software applications and maintain the atmosphere.

Experience |
4-6 years' Textile Specific Software's Experience is Preferred
ü Preferred: ERP/CRM/E-Procurement Certification and Experience Required: Understanding System Integrations, APIs (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML), and Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL Queries.

Qualification |
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Any Relevant Discipline
