Role & Responsibilities

 

Maintaining cordial working relationships with vendors and supervising vendor activities.

Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.

Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.

Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for the company.

Analyze purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Generate reports to track purchase orders, invoices, and other purchasing information.

Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to ensure adequate inventory levels.

Coordinate with the Finance department for payments as per the agreed schedule.

 

Experience

 

4-5 Years of Experience (Preferably Experience Packing Material) in FMCG organization.

 

Excellent interpersonal skills, Vendor Management Skills, Contract Management, Negotiable Skills, Team Building, Communication Skills

 

Qualification

 

Bachelor/Master Supply Chain Education Management or Relevant Field.
